General Guidelines to Parents/Students

Please note the following :

  • To speak in english within the school campus is gain proficiency in the language.
  • Re-examination/Re-test will not be conducted whatever may be the reason for the student who is absent for an examination.
  • If a student is absent for an examinartion for any of the above reason his/her result will be based on the performance in the other examinations.
  • If a studnet is caught using unfair means during examination in "Invigilatories" rooms,'Zero' mark will be given for that examination.
  • The report card of the student will be held back if fees is cleared.
  • Students should come to school in uniform along with their ID card.
  • The uniform must be neat,clean and well ironed.
  • The shoes must be well polished.
  • Student must not color or dye their hair and fancy haircut is not allowed.
  • Girls must tie their hairs neatly in two plates with bak clips/bands with center or side parting (No puff allowed).
  • Fancy belts and buckles not allowed.
  • The School will not be responsible if a child get involved in a fight with anyone outside the school premises.
  • If caught steeling, the children will be issued a transfer certificate.
  • The school will not be responsible if a child bring money to school and if it is lost or stolen.
  • Student must take care of their own text books and notebooks,pencil box, calculator,tiffin box,water bottle, etc.
  • Parents are not allowed to enter the rooms.
  • They are required to inform the school of any change in address/telephone number.
  • Chidren,when sick,should not be sent to school to attend tests/classes.
  • Any communication made by the parents/guardians should be addressed to the principal and not to the class teachers.
  • Students are not allowed to bring mobile phones or any other electronic gadget to school.If found,such articles will be conficiated for a period of 1 year.
  • Parents are required to co-operate with school in its attempt to help their children progress by paying attention to their regulatory,punctuality and discipline and by taking interest in their children's work .They should check the diary every day and note the homework and other instruction given.
  • Late comers will be sent back home.
  • Care must be taken of all school properties and any damage done will be made good by the concerned student with a fine imposed for the offence.
  • Bringing valuable article like cell phones,expensive watches,fountain pens,walkmans,calculators and jewellery to school is not allowed.
  • Irregular attendance, truancy, habitual idleness,disobedience or any conduct injuries to the moral tone of the school are sufficient reason for dismissal of a pupil.
  • Parents should sent leave notes duly signed(Please see regulatory record)if their children are absent from school.
  • It is the foremost duty of the parents to send their children to school in proper uniform,washed and ironed properly,with polished shoes and clean socks.
  • If the report card is not collected by parents,the children will remain suspended.
